Bayrunner Railing Hinge?

Hi all I would like to mount a trolling motor on the bow of my 85' 16' Bayrunner, but with the rails up front, it's a bit of a challenge. I'm thinking there has to be a way of making a removable say 10" - 12" section of rail to allow the trolling motor to reach the water.

Are there any hinge systems for tubing like this, or say a coupling of some sort that can be assembled and disassembled by hand while out on the water?

Thanks in advance for any help on this.
