well then copy some ones bottom dimensions and configuration and
go for it
the top cap can be any configuration you like

all we are saying is it is tricky not impossible

here's a bottom you can look at
its 20' by 8' i made this one just cut the dimensions down and your good to go

ok then
its got a 6 " flat pad and a 10 degree dead rise and the first set of chines are 26" from outside to outside
the step is 10" deep and around 6" high the transom is 20" tall

if i was you i would stay around 6 1/2 to 7' foot wide minum and then go 16 or 17'

the pad and chines i would leave as i said

have fun
i would use okume ply wood or berch and clear fur for stringers

put the fuel tank in the back about 4' in front of the transom under the deck

good luck have fun
