Barge design

Hi every one, I am needing to buy plans for a metal barge with 2 skins for fuel transportation. Can be stock or custom designed. Also needing tug plans

Hi all,
Loa 200 Ft. beam about 40. Capacity 1500/2000 M3
Double skin for commercial class. I will post more specs as soon I have.

And detailed intended worst case weight distribution of the cargo load carried. And the intended areas of operation, coastal, lake, estury, canal.
