| (ask) Best dimension longboat for Popping Hi.. I want bulding one boat for my fishing charter. I like longboat design coz longboat can any fisherman popping in same time. Last i want build with dimension 40ft long n 7,5ft beam. But i worried that dimension was wrong. So can anyone help me n give me reference about dimension... For this boat i want use twin outboard Yamaha Enduro 85hp n centre console. Thanx... chris,  |

| Welcome Chris, I am sure "popping" has a different meaning in your part of the world than in mine (at least I hope so), but which meaning??? Do you know another word? Regards Richard a hint: We need a male and a female for popping. |

| The ratio you gave in post #1 seems good. Have you worked up plans or drawings? What is expected capacity, freeboard, hull shape and materials? Do you have photos of similar boats?
