| Any idea of what programs to use for digital design work We are building a few custom sportsfishing boats right now but have a few clients that are interested in seeing what things can be done by moving a couple of things around a bit. Any help would be greatly appreciated. |

| What form is the design in now? 2D paper drawings, 2D CAD, 3D CAD? If you have it in 3D, you can use something like Rhino/Flamingo to create renderings. If it's in 2D CAD, it's easy to move things around. Paper- you could scan the images and use something like Photoshop or an illustrator. It's almost easier, though, to create 2D CAD files from the scanned image, then make the changes there. Then you have the file in CAD form and future changes are easier. If you'd like any help with this I'd be happy to take a look at what you have and recommend a more detailed course of action. Craig |

| We have all of the line drawings on paper but would like to turn them into a 3D image and be able to move certain things around for each prospective buyer and give them a good idea of what can be done. I really appreciate all of your help. John Quote:

| John, I do this sort of thing for a living. I'd be happy to take a closer look at your project and let you know what I think. If you'd like, email some more specifics to me at craig.gorton@comcast.net. I can show you some 3D renderings and let you know what went into them. Probably the easiest way to proceed would be a phone call, which might at least give you an indication of your options. (No obligation!) Look forward to hearing from you, Craig |
