That seems to become a popular question in that region, is there a competition puzzle?

Your question is quite broad, could that be made a bit more specific?

the bulk tanks are normally kept away from the accomodation spaces as what I have seen in many AHTS design. for the sizing of sewage tanks, just visit the Hamworthy website, you will get to know approx sewage capacity required. Can you share the main particulars of your vessel?

now regarding the accomodation spaces, you better refer the ILO maritime rules. This will guide you. I'm attaching a small part(this is the only thing I have right now)of the ILO regulation. Hope it is useful..
