add a fiberglass galley to my Pontoon?

we would like a place to set things like a small cook stove or even a SMALL ref. I have seen pics of them in other boats and we are wanting to do the same. We have a 25' Pontoon and have about a 4' spot along one side that has about a 30" railing banister. Up against this would work well for us.
