5-Axis CNC Shaping Prices

Does anyone know how much it would cost to have someone with a 5-axis CNC shaping machine turn out a small boat (kayak hull 12-16 ft) plug in EPS foam. Is this service cost prohibitive for the amateur, garage builder? Anyone have good experience with such a service provider in SW US?

Some years ago I heard prices of about $100 per square foot of surface, but getting a quote is a lot better answer that this.
