5.5m powercat

Start designing 5.5m open planning powercat, need advice. What are recommended horisontal\vertical clearances and deadrise? Now I set 18 degrees transom deadrise, and horizontal clearance is almost equal to planning area width. Also, beam of this boat is limited 2.2 m for transpotration reasons.
