Chief engineer (my uncle) suggested that the way I had exhausts go thru the hull was prone to failure so out with cast alloy ones and in with plastic ones

Man, I really dig this effort. You have inspired me as I've mulled the HDPE hull idea over for drift boats. Now, because of you, I know I HAVE to do it!

What a great project and congrats on the successful maiden voyage. Too cool and outf___ingstanding!

Now that you've used this boat for while what would you change if anything? Material, hull thickness, motor and jet size or brand?
Thanks, I like the idea of HDPE and was thinking of a thundercat style boat made from it for spearfishing but was worried about the weight.
