| Yes, raster to vector, taking dimensions form the blueprints, importing the actual picture of the blueprints and tracing on top of the image in autocad. |

| I tried to use the prints as templates and cut away parts from a block. But it didnīt wotk out very well ![]() |

| Ok, involves lofting and fairing, the fact that you are tracing from the blueprints it won't warranty that the hull is fair itself, i should mentioned before, could be that the linea are not fair, or intended for construccion, or if you try to just trace in top of the blueprint in autocad and not fair again to check that everything matches it will be worng at the end for sure, is not going near to construccion. you must fair again after you traced the blueprint in autocad. There is other software like rhino that can do do that and check for fairness but you can do it in autocad, just go trough the lines and fair |
