I am building a case on wether which would be better a 2 piece hulls (fiberglass) or 3 piece hulls (fiberglass). Considering that each boat has deep V, what would make a 3 piece hull better?

    Any input would be appericated.

    Thanks

maybe he is speaking of sandwich...3 pieces = 2 skins + 1 core? but then I woudn't see how the 2 pieces will fit in the picture...since it would be 1 piece = single skin

    What the F'ah...

    Hello...

Are you perhaps talking cost effectiveness of hulls with full interior liners and decks with same or the above from split moulds...

maybe he means a 1/2 left and right side of hull and then the deck..3 pieces
compared to the hull being a single layup and deck...2 pieces

Best to have your boat in one piece, you tend to get a little bit wet otherwise!
