1969 Bertram repower info needed.

Hello to all. New member here! I own the above mentioned boat she is a classic 25'. I am going to repower the boat with outboards (150hp Johnsons).
They will be mounted on a bracket-swim platform that I am attaching to my transom. My question is this... Does there need to be any structural changes made to the transom area. Or is it strong enought to handle the weight and load on it's own?? I figure total weight at around 800lbs. The transom is solid as a rock and built to Bertram quality. Any help or info would be fantastic.
