14 ft aluminum boat seat

Can anyone tell me the best way to attach flush mounted swivel seats to my aluminum boat. If I use plywood what is the best way to secure it. Thanks
Jimmy

Try putting some channels underneath to stiffen the plate locally which also increases the total thickness, then though bolt it. But made sure the wood is painted or sealed, when in contact with the ally
