| 12'-15' performance cat hi i currently have an older 10' cougar cub, it is modeled off of thier 26' performance cat, i want to either make or purchase a mold for production. does any body have a mold or know of someone who does to help me out? thanks |

| Walt; If you intend to duplicate someone elses design, you are at risk of facing a lawsuit. You can probably get away with it unless you build a lot of them. Then there is the moral component. "Copying" is considered, among the forum contributors, as a despicable, immoral practice. I am not scolding you, just telling it like it is. If you want to build boats, then we are all for you. BUT not if you use someone elses mold without their express approval. |

| i'm look to purchase a mould and rework it i dont plan on just plugging away on boats, i have been in the industry as far as racing and working on boats for a long time so i have some good ideas of what to do to better a boat of this size. i just dont know a lot of fiberglass work and actually how to build a hull and cap. i'm more of a electronics and rigging kind of guy!! |
