yacht building - outfit planning resources

I wonder if anybody knows of any online sources or book about outfit planning on shipyards.

I'm looking for info on 'standard' or typical work breakdown structures used at shipyards to better prepare for our conversion project which local yards don't have very little planning going on :-).

Thorwald,

I would like to have a copy if you stumble over one!

At present intuition and wild guessing is ruling our business....... ....mine too...........
