| What weight cloth to start with.. In the middle of building a wheel for a boat. I've laminated a 1.25" rim out of core cell and bonded three spokes to the rim meeting at a 3/4" plywood hub.. Next comes a bit of fairing then some glass.. Any ideas on what weight cloth we'll need with epoxy to make this puppy rigid and robust?? CW |

| I'd use several layers of something light that'll go around the corners easily, like 4-6 oz cloth. Also, consider carbon. |
