Tubemaker Needed for training in Europe

We are a manufacturer of rib boats in Slovenia. We are urgently looking for a tubemaker to train a small number of our guys (English speakers) to make tubes--we most need someone experienced in hot air welding, but also a trainer is needed for the glue method.
We own a new Weldmaster T-100 swing-arm hot air welding machine and have been trained to use it by the mnfg. The problem is that that still does not mean we can make tubes professionally. We offer air transport, hotel, food plus weekly training fee for qualified person willing to spend a "working vacation" in the seaside Adriatic resort town of Portoroz, Slovenia. Ideally training would last one month, but we could live with even a period of 1-2 weeks. Training should begin ASAP. This is a great opportunity for the right person to have some fun, make some money and have some new experiences far removed from their daily routine. Contact me at rick.kiker@vsrlab.com
Suggestions on where to find a tubemaker,or company willing to short-term lease such a person, are greatly appreciated and could be rewarded if we are led to a qualified person willing to train. Thanks.
