Travelift specifications

I am trying to get tune-up specifications on the engine of a Tami-Lift 800-U. It is a white engine that appears to be either an Ford or a Hercules. It is a four cylinder with a Zenith updraft carburator. In the Tami manual it describes it as M6910-1 power assembly and nothing more.
Please help

It has been my experince that, on most travellifts, they used ford motors... However that updraft carb has me scratching my head a little bit? whats the vintage on this thig, and any numbers you can read not covered in grease? or this time of year snow and ice?

Hercules engine

It is a Hercules engine and you might be better off asking the question at www.yesterdaystractors.com or www.antiquepower.com. Also check out www.herculesengines.com. They spend a lot of time discussing those engines, so if you have the numbers off the block and carburetor they can tell you what it is.
