Tool/mold heating

I am looking for info on how to build heating into a tool/mold. I have heard of using copper tubing that has water or oil heated in them.

What do you use to circulate and heat the fluid? What is the best way to attach or incorporate the tubing onto or into the tool/mold?

Are there any up-to-date instructional video/dvds availiable for learning construction of heated tooling? Or any good online sites that show informative information on the subject?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
