re-flooring jet boat,how do I details

I am reflooring an 18.5 sleekcraft and used 3/4 super-ply. My question starts with do I want to glass under the floor as a bonder, also, there is a one inch space between the center(only) stringer and the floor. Do I build a spacer between the two and attach them together? One more question, do I put a drain near the front of the floor. And there is a drain hole at the rear of the floor in the bulk head at the front of the engine bay...is this hole meant to remain open? Obviously, I'm new to this hobby. Thanks for all your help. c.
