Radio Control Boat

I am in the prosses of desinging a radio control boat. The desinge that I want to use would have no sides. The hull would have a dead rise of 21 degrees 48"x 14" beam. I do plan to use a curved deck to hull. For power I will use a 23cc weadeater engine. It will be built for radio control model boat racing. If it works, who knows it might be built as a full size boat. I do not have a drawing that I could post . I donot know how to do it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Neal
