Plywood joint CAD file

Has anyone created a CAD file for an interlocking joint in ply, for a jig. A lot of CNC cut kits these days come with some kind of wave pattern, or dovetail pattern for joining ply together. I've got all kinds of scarf capability in the shop, but there are cases where an interlocking joint would be structurally adequate and easier to build out. Before I settle down and draw something up, I was thinking someone may have already done it. The idea would be to get it cut in aluminum, and use a bearing bit to blow out the parts.
