oi moter support repair

whats the best way to repair the part around the moter on my io 305 chevy boat the moter is starting to sit a little tilted from the rott on that moter support is there a name for that part thanks.

Is it a fibreglass boat? How old?
If so, a motor that size would usually be mounted one of these ways: lag bolted to a pair of glassed-in engine bearers, through-bolted to metal brackets which are through-bolted to the stringers, or (gasp!) lag-bolted to the stringers themselves. Could you post some photos?

rotten engine cradle

the moter is lag bolted to the stringer i think it definatly lag bolted but on the down side the moter mount is crushed down about an inch and the pull sid looks fine thanks.

yes it is a fiber glass boat and were the moter mounts to the floor of the boat on the down side the mounting area is crushed down about an inch thank you again.
