Need some help on recently purchased 12 ft. aluminum boat

Hey guys, just bought this boat from someone. 12 ft. aluminum. The back is pretty banged up, when i attach my 4hp mariner i feels like its very close to snapping the stern completely off. i am a novice and i was wondering if anyone could tell me how to go about restoring the back or any suggestions on alternatives.
Thanks,
Steve

The wood needs replacing. Take the old board out and set the new one on liquid nails. Bolt and screw it like it was. That should solve your problem
