morning

slight problem to get her out i have 2 choices and first is to remove security
fence and carry over wall and secondly is to get a mobile crane and lift over the roof and looks like it will be the mobile crane will be a lot safer for boat

Not too much of a problem then.

The neighbour of my grandparents once built a boat in the attick. No way of getting it out. So he disassembled everything, and assembled everything again in the basement (which has a door to the yard, the house is sitting against a dyke). However, the door was way too small, and 2 structural columns would need to be removed, which he wanted to do, but the neighbours luckily stopped him. (the house would collapse, but as you guess this guy did not have a clue).
He then disassembled everything again, and assembled it in the garden shed. WHICH HE HAD TO KNOCK DOWN PARTIALLY TO GET THE BOAT OUT. Will this guy ever learn???
