Hi Downunder,
Stanchions, rudder post and tubes were supplied by "Angler Fishing Rods" on the corner of Ada Street and Eveline Street, Orange Grove, Brisbane (near Archerfield / Coopers Plains)... They will do tapered but I prefer straight...

The past week I have been dining on coconut crabs, lobsters, whole fish, shellfish, squid and all manner of fresh seafood all superbly prepared by a French culinary arts trained chef... The place shall remain secret for the present time...

For 1.13 million I can put you in touch with the owners, who are reported to be selling where we stayed.... (my commission is the 30K ? - for my mast and sails )

Cascades? is that efate (vila)? I do not like there now - far too touristy, (bulk tourism in "standard" 4 and 5 star western style hotels)...

In the same part of the shed where my boat was built, Dougies dream is about to be launched, a 30ft powercat coming in near 2.5 tonnes.... and back to a half empty shed again... Last one is mine with carpet down at last...
