my human power boat build by myself

here is my human power boat, I had build this to try through east china sea but not to do. I want find same lover build a new boat to try again.

I feel it like people walk. speed at 10-15km/h, if through east-china-sea it's about 840km I think need 25-30 days

If you fixed it with gears you could get a greater speed.
