| Using it as a boat, you need to comply with all regulations. It is possible to get exemptions for unusual situations. However, that will take at least a sea lawyer.

| That's good to know. I had wondered if there was such thing as a sea lawyer. As of this point I'm scratching the whole Cabo thing because there's not enough time to get down there and put this thing together. |
