mini Pirate ship?

I went to see the Lynx last year at the Oswego, NY Marina. There were a couple small wooden pirate ships having a makeshift battle with cannons on shore. Obviously they were powered boats. But I'm interested in Plans for a mini yet realistic pirate ship. I'd love a little daysailer that I could show off.

Any help with this at all is appreciated. I'll build it.

Thank you. That I like. I'd like to go deeper hull with Iron keel and maybe some room beneath deck to sleep aboard. I like the way they worked up the plans.

Anyone else have ideas on it?

You should talk to Bataan. You can't top his work for scaled models of all scales.

Thanks guy's. The Bataan post didn't come thru as a clickable link on my droid. I was googling all day trying to figure that out. Now I realize what an awesome job he did. Very authentic.

Borneogoat. Nice site I appreciate it. That is a great price for plans like that.

Got lot's of thinking to do. I hope we can keep this thread going with schooners and such in mini form.

I always thought that a Vacationer hull would be a start for a character boat like that. Not for serious sailing being a bit over burdened but it would be a good base.
