Get rid of the mickey mouse floating things and music on your web site. It makes it appear as my 12 yr old designed the site. Not very professional at all.

All the different backgrounds and text colours hurt my eyes! Pick one that is representative of your company's products or corporate image and stick with that. Consistance and accessibility of your product information is paramount and shouldn't be glossed over with web bling bling.

Sorry to be critical but when I see this stuff on mfgr's web sites it gives me the impression they're putting themselves out there on the "cheap" and if that's the case how good can their products be?

How can you critisize a company if you havent tried any of their products,
to along saying negative things about a company , shows that you either have a tumor or a brain malfunction.

It shows that you do not know anything about marine products and windows.
I suggest you keep your comments to your self,you might become more sucessfull that way.

I was searching for something else and just stumbled across this thread again. I see USA Marine W hasn't been back here in awhile, probably because we dis'd his web site pretty bad but it was meant to be constructive criticism. For the record my background is in marine engineering logistics with the Cdn Coast Guard of which I've 28 yrs service. The last 14 yrs I've been involved in the design, development, production and maintenance of a dozen or so corporate web sites and have personally designed a dozen others for outside interests. A rough estimate would be I've produced 50K to 100K web pages and dozens of web database applications over the years. I started web sites when the general public couldn't even access the Internet. So yes I have some expertise in both the marine and web arenas.

Having said that, I returned to the USA Marine Windows web sites (yes there are two) and they've improved a lot. The primary site is still a little amateurish but a lot better than the first site I remember and the second site (link on upper right hand side of page) appears to have been professionally done. Well done USA Marine Windows. Now I'll seriously consider your products for my trawler project.

Ordered em up today, we shall see. The fabricator knows he is being watched by the masses so I expect a quality result. These are custom shaped cabin windows about 23 inches long, 6 inches tall (not linear) with 3 inch arch radius corners on the top. $340/each, clear glass, black powder coat.
