HVAC Systems

I'm looking for recourses, information, and people of same interest in the design and installation of marine climate control methods. I am new in the luxury yacht building field, and after being in the HVAC field for 20 years, I find the way things are done in these boats could use some new ideas. I am still observing current methods, and at the same time trying to research the latest ideas in this area.

Can someone recommend a good recourse for me? Is there a good book that addresses this issue?
