How to improve the design of sails?

Hi

In order to improve the design of the sail of a small catamaran that I plan to build I 'm looking for informations which could allow me to realise a good job.

Thank you for your advice.

I am no expert, but I can give you the name of some books that I have found helpful in understanding sail design.

SAILING THEORY AND PRACTICE by C.A. Marchaj

SMALL BOAT SAILS by Jeremy Howard-Williams

A SAILOR'S GUIDE TO SAILS by Sven Donaldson

MODERN SAILMAKING by Percy W. Blandford

Good luck!
