Gougeon Brothers on Boat Construction free pdf online now from West System

Noticed on the Sailing Anarchy Forums that the Gougeon Brothers on Boat Construction (edition 5) is now available as a free download. There is a lot of useful information in this book particularly on wood/epoxy construction it covers a vast amount of areas relating to all facets of boatbuilding.

Terrific book. I too have a copy. It's good to know it is available now to anyone. I add it to my links page.

Corley,

Thanks for the link.

I have the first edition, but it is falling apart. The section on compounded plywood looks to be very much the same, I'm going to check close.

Perhaps we should provide this link to every newbie who starts with "I wanna build a boat but I don't know much...."

It would save lots of verbal description.

Thanks again,

Marc
