Foam replacement

Got a quick question. Hope this is the right place to ask.

I have a 23' IMP, not sure which one.

My question is about the foam in it.

I have been rinsing it out, and it keeps dripping for days, just slowly draining. I am wondering if I need to replace the foam, and more importantly, how do I do that. It doesnt look like a fun job. I would hope to go through the live bait tank in the middle of the boat, so I don't have to tear up the floor.

Help me with suggestions please. You can email me , it is in my profile

Thanks
