delcraft boats

hi all

does anyone know of boats with the name del craft i am trying to get some info on the boat i bought. anyone who knows please send me a message.
also the transom is rotted i was thinking of replacing it myself, my idea is to cut out the old one and relace it 3/4 in ply the cocer it in fiberglass inside and out. i will have to stch the new wood to the fiberglass sides. am i correct.
