i wanna get a full ferry boat data with (dimension,general arrangement,construction,machinery,volume of displacement,type of propulsion)

Small Ferries

You could try approaching the royal institution of naval architects as they produce a publiucation each year for specific categories of vessels. If you do find any information providing general arrangement and lines, I would be sceptical of any hydrostatics information offered as the number are often fudged.
