cloth print and rippled effect

when we take the deck out from mold the surface is very very smooth and shinning, no cloth print, no ripple. But about ten days later cloth print and ripple occurred, especially when deck is under sunshine. I think it is after cure but we don't how to slove this problem

Bruce,
What's the first layer of laminate after the gelcoat? A thin layer of chopped-strand or light veil glass usually does a pretty good job of preventing any print-through of the fabric texture.
