catamaran first attempts

hi every one.
i am currently taking a modeling course at the university and the objective of the course is to design and build a catamaran.
i am currently researching hull shapes so if anyone would be kind enough to post some usefull links on the subject.
i need to know the different hull shapes and its performance

You need to specify what are the design parameters...in other words, what are you aiming for, for the overall performance. In the trade this is called the SOR, statement of requirements.

Without this..no one can comment/advise.
