Can you get Laser cut frame stations 'bevellled' ?

Has anyone ever heard of getting mould stations laser cut with the 'bevel' to accomodate the stringer angle?

Using say 10mm MDF, the angle isnt very pronounced, but it is a tedious task to shape by hand.

This is for a 28ft trailer sailer.

yes easily , by CAD router, anyone with a big nuff plotter and router that can be programmed to lay at the different angles, will do it, personally think very easy to take bevels and plane em on, or set your saw to the least of the beval and finish with a plane where bevel increases

Thats good. Its not so easy to plane a bevel on a concave curve though - and if it isnt a lot of trouble to program, it sounds like a good idea to me

Or use a spokeshave, either the traditional with a blade or the 4.5 or 5" with electric motor. All the best with it from Jeff.
