Calculation problem ?

I plan the boat and I use Max surf to the planning of the hull.
From the program I got to the hull structures LCB (LCB=2,644m).
I calculating of the all other part LCB (stiffening, motor, payload and so on) by hand.
This hand calculate LCB is 3,125m.
How can I combine these two values ?
what is to the boat real longitudinal center of buoancy ?

Thanks from all answers

Aren't you mixing up LCG (ling. centre of gravity) and LCB (long. centre of bouyancy).
The first is dictated by the weight distribution, the second by the shape of the hull and how it floats in the water.
