Bringing yacht in from Ukraine

Hello, I am new to the forum and am happy to have found such a good informative site. I am interested in finding out what steps I would need to take in order to bring yachts to the US market, that are built in the Ukraine.
Specifically, any legalities and requirements. These yachts are custom built aluminum hull 16 meter to 24 meter. Almost all parts are sourced and produced in the US. Any and all help is appreciated. I am not new to the yacht industry, but I am new to the US market place. Thank you.

usually there is duty, I am not sure how much ,UKRAINE may be exempt Best idea is contact a customs agent in your state
i am often in Ukraine, is the yard in Kherson, or Nickolaev?
