boat plans and cost

Does anyone have any free jon boat plans? I want to learn how to make my own boat. I want somehting that would be cheap (under 500) yet something I can rely on when I'm fishing. It would be used in saltwater. Thanks

i would also like it to be able to hold at least a 3hp engine and be under 15' long.
