| Beginner BoatBuilder Needs Help! Hello, I'm VERY new to this, but catch on fast and have played with fiberglass, plaster, resin (obviously) as well as wire mesh. Just never all together. I'm planning on making a model boat hull (about 4 feet long) out of fiberglass and want a good beginners guide on how to do this. (From an expert) I would like a step by step explanation on this procedure. If somebody has a link to a website or other such documentation, or can EMAIL me documentation on this, I would be more than happy. I would buy a video, but I really don't want to have to do that. This is the internet. Information should be free. Anyways.. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!--Micah

| For a small model, the only way to make it light enough with fiberglass will be to vacuum bag it. Try the Gougeon Bros. website. |
