aluminium fairhull sailboat construction

I'm looking for a builder or knowlage on aluminium "fair hull ' round bottom building. I'm thinking posssibly "pulse " mig welding techniques in bottom plating material thickness of .125 or.160 Has anyone had any luck in this ? without the Bondo!!!!! Thanks Jeff
