Alcohol in the stack!

    I ran across this information a long while back when I was just beginning to learn about Resin Infusion.
    http://www.library.umaine.edu/theses/pdf/kenersonje2010.pdf (page 34) calls for injecting Ethyl Alcohol into the stack as a means of finding problems and confirming the resin flow dynamics before evacuating and injecting the resin.

    I thought this might also "clean" the fabric of oils and dirts that might have gotten transferred during the layup?
    At any rate, since reading this years ago I've *NEVER* heard of anyone actually doing this.

    So I was just curious, has anyone else ever heard of this - or actually DONE this?
