| Adhesives for certifoam pontoons? I was searching the forums to get ideas for building a small pontoon boat. I found a posting by ScoutU on 8-14-2004 for building one out of certifoam and plywood. It sounded like a great idea that would fit my budget. I have drawn up some rough plans to build it and I have access to all the building materials. My only question is what kind of adhesive I can use on the certifoam? I know that anything with petroleum distilates in it will "melt" the certifoam. Any suggestions would be a great help. Thanks. By the way, this is a great site. Keep it up! |
