23'3 formula t bird into an open fisherman

Hello everyone.. I need help on what i need to do to make the inside look good.. i dont even know where to start. i bought a 23'3 1966 formula thunderbird. Who ever had it wanted to make it an open fisherman so the started but didnt finish. they cut out the top of the cabin and now you can walk around the whole boat.. I dont know what i need to do now.. Any ideas on how i can make this work...
