J. F. Bernault & the Lago 38.1

In the December '98 issue of Voile Magazine is a boat called the Lago 38.1 designed by J. F. Bernault and built by Calligo. Unfortunately, I don't read French. Can anyone direct me to more information on J. F. Bernault?
