    Hello

I'm a second year mechanical design engineer student at Sheridan College in Brampton Ontario
One project that is required of me is to design a model of some thing mechanical. I and my group members believe that a boat would be a very good idea.

The software that we will be using is solid edge 17.

I was wondering if anyone had any tips or suggestions on how I should "tackle" this project or if I can even use solid edge for such a project.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks allot

Oh, SolidEdge can do an awful lot. We do the mechancials of the solar cars in it, and it's capable of a lot more. Afraid you're going to have to be a lot more specific, though, if you want much help here....
